Coronavirus Update
20/03/2020
As of today (Friday 20th March) Giddy Kippers will be shut to the public and will only be honoring party bookings with pre-paid deposits.

To maximize flexibility (and in a change from our normal policy) parties can now be paid for on the day and you will only be charged for the number of guests actually attending. Bookings can also be rescheduled if requested. We are setting a deadline for cancellations and the following will apply to all pre-booked parties:-
– Full refunds given to Saturday parties cancelled before 5pm on Wednesday prior to the party.
– Full refunds given to Sunday parties cancelled before 5pm on Thursday prior to the party.
Please note that any parties cancelled after these deadlines can only be rescheduled and NOT refunded. No one will lose deposits but please understand we have to staff accordingly and have overheads to think about.

Unfortunatley we will not be taking any future bookings until further notice

The situation is ever changing and any updates will be posted on both our website and facebook page.

We are doing everything we can to insure we survive in this extremely difficult period and are grateful for the support and understanding from all our customers and staff alike.
If you have any questions, we are still monitoring our Facebook page and responding to emails.

Wishing you and your families the very best of health
With love from everyone at Giddy Kippers x

In the absence of any definitive guidance from the Government we have decided that, like schools, we will also remain open until told otherwise.

We would obviously ask that customers displaying ANY symptoms and those from high risk groups follow the Public Health England guidelines, self isolate and definitely do not visit the centre.
For the sake of our staff and other visitors please use the sanitiser on reception and wherever possible we would prefer to take payment via contactless card.

In order to keep Giddy Kippers as safe as possible we will continue with our rigorous cleaning schedule, in addition we will remove all the balls from the ball pit and remove some tables during busier times to maximise the space between each table.

In terms of birthday parties, we hope to continue to honour all bookings and party hosts will now be taking all children to wash their hands before eating.
To maximise flexibility (and in a change from our normal policy) parties can now be paid for on the day and you will only be charged for the number of guests actually attending. Bookings can also be rescheduled if requested.

Please be assured that we are doing our very best to keep our customers and staff safe whilst keeping our service open. We will try to be as flexible as possible and as this situation is so fluid we will be closely following all developments and advice and changing our policy accordingly.

There may be times when we need to close early and we will update our Facebook page in advance of any changes to our scheduled hours.

We understand that this is a really difficult situation for everyone, small businesses like ours are going to find this period very tricky and we hope that you’ll bear with us!

Wishing you and your families the very best of health
With love from everyone at Giddy Kippers x
