COVID-19 Rules
As you know, the government has said that the laws around social distancing will be lifted as from Monday 19th July. Annoyingly, COVID19 hasn’t vanished though and rates in East Lancs are increasing.
Throughout the crisis, Giddy Kippers has met the highest standards to ensure our Customers and Staff are safe and we have all made the decision that we will still be keeping many of the enhanced guidance adopted during the last 16 months that have ensured our centre is a safe places for you, your families and our staff.
Online booking is still required, but slots will be every hour to give you greater flexibility.
Capacity in each session has been slightly increased but still nowhere near pre-covid levels.
Whilst face coverings are no longer legally required, for the safety of other customers and staff we would politely request that they continue to be worn by adults in the play frame, when moving around the centre and interacting with our staff and other customers.
The 2 metre rule has been removed, but please be conscious that other people may have compromised immunity and maintain social distancing whenever possibIe.
Sanitiser is still available throughout the centre and we have hand washing facilities in all the toilets, the sneeze screens will remain in place.
We will continue to clean and sanitise touch points throughout the day
It goes without saying that we ask you not to come to Giddy Kippers if you have tested positive, have symptoms or have been told to self isolate.
