Working at Giddy Kippers

Rules of play

For everyone’s safety we have the following rules which must be abided by at all times.

Please remember that children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.

Staff only supervise the correct use of the equipment and cannot take responsibility for children. Please supervise your children at all times in the play centre.

Long sleeves and trousers are required for safe play, no shoes allowed in the play system but socks must be kept on. Remove all sharp or hard items such as watches, and belt buckles before play.

Take care that money or valuable items do not fall out of pockets during play
If you wear glasses slow down and take extra care.

Disruptive or destructive behaviour and bullying will not be tolerated at Giddy Kippers. Good behaviour is expected at all times

No food or drink (including sweets or gum) is allowed on any part of the play system

Our food and drink is very tasty and reasonably priced. Please do not bring your own food to consume inside the centre.

No chewing or bubble gum within Giddy Kippers please.

Children must wear socks or tights, shoes must not be worn on the play equipment. Socks can be bought from reception.

Please keep all valuables at home. Giddy Kippers cannot accept liability for loss, damage or theft of personal items.

No cameras or video equipment are allowed, except in a party room, with our permission

Only children under 4 and under 1m tall are allowed in the toddler area.

Maximum age of 11 years and maximum height of 148 cm for admission to the play frame.

Please inform us if your child has any sort of accident, however minor – one of our trained first aid team should take a look.

Children who feel unwell must not use the facilities

Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.

In case of any problem, please talk to the duty manager or a member of staff.
